1. Make one better decision with what you consume. Drop the sugar or salt you generally supplment your food. Enjoy one less beer, or an additional helping of fiber or greens. Move away from white flour. Stop getting the things at the food store that do not support your wellbeing. If they are certainly not within the kitchen, about to catch as prone to eat them.
